I’m Sarah Spund, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and founder of Maryland Mindfulness & Mental Performance Counseling, LLC.
I work with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and feeling stuck in patterns that no longer seem to work.
I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, and how easy it can be to get caught in patterns that leave you feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure of yourself.
My work combines talk therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mental performance techniques to help you better understand yourself, process experiences, and create meaningful change.
This isn’t just about talking through challenges—it’s about understanding what’s underneath while building practical tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
I focus on helping you make sense of your experiences through validation and clarity, while also gently challenging you when needed—so you’re not just understanding yourself, but learning new ways to move through life’s challenges.
Sessions are offered virtually to clients across Maryland.
